Any quantity of both ginger and the citrus family in the mixture is good, but the more ginger the better.
- Stopping Nausea. Raw ginger is given to a vomiting pregnant woman to chew, or it is pounded and soaked in hot water for her to drink. CAUTION: Excess intake of ginger may be harmful to the unborn baby, or may even induce abortion.
- Cure Of Cough. To stop cough, ginger is used with pure honey and (sometimes) hot water. The former two are mixed in little hot water or taken without the water.
- Stroke. There are some queer ways they mix ginger with avocado leave extract and honey to improve vital response in recovering stroke patients.
- Weight Loss: A mixture of ginger and garlic is boiled together to make strong tea, this tea aids in weight loss. It must be taken without sugar, but honey may be added.
